payment
Most of our orders require 100% upfront payment.
However, on smaller orders, a 50% deposit can put your order into production: cash, check, credit/debit.
Any unpaid invoices will be charged 1.8% after 30 days and will compound monthly.
quotes
Our quotes are good for 30 days. After 30 days, a new quote may be required.
cancellations
All pre-production cancellations are subject to restocking fees and shipping costs, which will be subtracted from your down payment. No post-productions cancellations are accepted.
turnaround
Our turnaround is typically 8-14 business days after:
· your order is received (including garment selections, sizes, and colors)
· your artwork is approved
· payment is received (minimum 50% down)
Orders received after 2 pm are entered into the schedule the next day.
***due to supply chain disruptions and other challenged because of Covid-19, our current turnaround time can be slightly longer. We will always try to get your job done as soon as we can***

garments
We do not have an inventory of garments in-house, so we do not have the blank garments before the order is finalized (paid for and artwork approved). If you choose a garment that is currently unavailable, the project completion date may be directly affected.
It’s a real bummer, we know, but we aren’t responsible for any delays caused by unavailable garments. We’ll do whatever we can to let you know if something is out of stock before you place an order, but we can’t guarantee stock on any garments when we actually order garments. If the item you selected is unavailable, we’ll contact you with recommendations on similar garments.
***due to nutty supply chain disruptions (thanks Covid…) we reserve the right to replace your garments with a similar item of the same quality in order to complete your project in a timely manner. Some things are in stock and sold out in a few hours, so we can’t wait on a response about changing an out of stock item***
It is your responsibility to choose the garments for your order. We’ll offer suggestions, but we aren’t responsible for any problems or unsatisfactory outcomes because of garment selection.
We do not offer refunds or replacements on orders that are unsatisfactory because of garment selection.
We are not responsible for issues caused by the blank garment like sizing inconsistencies, weird seams, excessive dye migration, or color inconsistencies
In addition to garments, inks can vary in appearance depending on post-production care and brand. We recommend washing it like you love it!
spoilage
We aim for zero errors, and we’re damn good; however, things happen. Industry standards recommend allowing 3-5% for spoilage. If you need exact numbers, please, order extra, especially if you’re on a deadline.
We don’t charge for our misprints, and we often have extras, but we can’t print on garments we don’t have and don’t have time to reorder.
revisions/add-ons (to existing orders)
We will put off food, sleep, & drink to get the job done in the 8-14 days from the original order date, but revisions may extend turn around time. All revision or add-ons must be in writing via email or order form (signed in-house).
abandonment
Any abandoned items will be donated to a good cause after 3 months.
customer-supplied garments - read thoroughly, please
We do accept customer-supplied garments and items for embroidery! We will accept customer-supplied garments on a case-by-case basis for screen printing. Want your niece’s birth date printed on your mom’s vintage baby blanket for a sick baby shower gift? We’ll do what we can! Don’t be afraid to ask, just know that not everything is possible.
All items must be clean (no stinky perfumes please).
We are not responsible for sewing results on customer supplied .DST (embroidery) files.
Although our spoilage is super low, shit happens: machines glitch, seams tear. In the case of a machine/mechanical error, we can not replace customer-supplied apparel.
If we royally screw it up (put it on upside down, spill sriracha ketchup on it, etc), we can replace the garment with a similar product we carry or issue a refund with a purchase receipt. Without a receipt, we cannot refund your item.

Amano reserves the right to refuse service without explanation. we also reserve the right to change pricing and terms without notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge assholes extra—sometimes a lot extra.
claims & returns
We want you to be happy, and we stand by our work. However, if we messed something up, claims need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Apparel items that have been used/washed and are not in their original condition, or have defects for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or refunded.
