What is a Patch Bar?

Amano Print House hosts Patch Bar Events throughout the year for the Fox Cities Community. These are creative and exciting events where individuals can create custom garments and accessories using our screen-printed patches, made in-house.

What Do I Need to Know?

For Patch Bar events, we recommend booking at least 1 month before the date of your event to secure our services. This guarantees your spot on our calendar and helps us coordinate ticket sales, set-up, and teardown.


Our events are 3 hours in duration. Please consider your number of guests when planning an event and to be mindful of time constraints.

Art & Design

Amano Print House has themed patch sets that are of no extra charge to customers at your event. If you have your own set of art for Amano to create ahead of time, a $50 add-on fee will apply. This fee will be due 7 business days before your event.

Disclaimers

  • All outdoor events are weather permitting. Amano Print House has a non-weatherproof tent, but in extreme weather conditions an indoor or covered alternative is required to avoid cancellation.

  • Electrical outlet access is required to plug in our application irons and other equipment for handling garments.

  • Due to equipment and staffing necessities, we will need a space that is (at least) 12 feet by 12 feet (12’x12’).

  • If your event will be running POS (point-of-sale), a secure and uninterrupted internet connection is required.

What if I need to cancel my event?

Please contact us if you need to cancel your event. A full refund can be issued if you cancel 7 days before your event. If you cancel within 7 days of your event, the cost of garment minus a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
