Live Screen Printing Events
Whether you're organizing a convention, corporate event, conference, exposition, wedding, charity event, 5k run, festival, or any other special occasion, our live printing services are tailored to enhance the atmosphere and engage your guests.
PRICING
EVENT DEPOSIT FEE
Flat $1,500 Fee. This fee covers all setup and teardown time, is due at the time of booking your event, and guarantees your spot on our calendar. This deposit is due upon booking your event.
For live printing events we recommend booking at least 1 month before the date of the event to secure our services. Summer months are most popular, in which case we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
HOURLY PRINTING FEE
$200 Per Hour. This fee is due 7 business days before your event.
The output is approximately 50-75 shirts per hour, please consider the volume of guests your event will have when calculating how many hours to book. There is a two hour printing minimum.
AMANO SUPPLIED BLANK GARMENT PRICING
To give you an idea of pricing for blank goods, sample rates are below. Actual rates may vary. This cost is due 7 business days before your event.
Economy T-Shirt: $4.00 per S-XL (Gildan 5000)
Standard T-Shirt: $6.50 per S-XL (Bella Canvas 3001)
Premium T-Shirt: $8.00 per S-XL (Comfort Colors 1717)
Canvas Tote Bag: $4.50 each
You may supply your own blank garments at no charge, we just ask that they are more than 60% cotton, and for Amano to approve the garments 7 days before the event.
Unused garments ordered through Amano Print House can either be printed on for the business’s use or refunded minus a 30% restocking fee.

DISCLAIMERS
All outdoor events are weather permitting. Amano Print House has a non-weatherproof tent tent, but in the case of extreme weather conditions, an indoor or covered alternative is required to avoid cancellation.
It must be at least 60°F outside for our shirt dryer to work effectively.
We must have access to a grounded outlet to plug in our dryer.
We need at least 12’ x 12’ Space.
Internet access required if running POS.
1 color designs only, maximum 4 different designs.
CANCELLATIONS:
100% Refund of the $1,500 Deposit Fee if canceled at least 7 days before the event.
Blank Garments are ordered 7 business days before your event, and upon cancellation are refunded minus a 30% restocking fee.
Garments preprinted with business or sponsor logos/designs are not subject to refunds.
